Tree pages requested with non-textual hash ids can be cached. Just checking
$hash_base is enough, because $hash is either calculated from the
$file_name/$hash_base combination, set to $hash_base or passed as a hash id by
gitweb.

Blame pages requested with non-textual hash ids can be cached. Just checking
$hash_base is enough, because $hash is either calculated from the required
$file_name/$hash_base combination or passed as a parameter and must resolve to
a blob, which doesn't make sense for textual ids.

Use the {asterisk} entity to avoid mistreating the asterisks
in "(e.g., refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*)" as delimiters
for bold text.
From a quick search with 'git grep -e "\*.*\*"', this seems to
be the last example of this particular formatting problem.
