spi: efm32: use $vendor,$device scheme for compatible string

commit 12f6dd860cf8bf036c0bec38c00a53da71bcd43a upstream. Wolfram Sang pointed out that "efm32,$device" is non-standard. So use the common scheme and prefix device with "efm32-". This reverts commit 9d8eab7af79cb4ce2de5de39f82c455b1f796963. There is still no consensus on the bindings for the reserved memory and various drawbacks of the proposed solution has been shown, so the best now is to revert it completely and start again from scratch later. Currently IEEE 1588 timer reference clock source is determined through hard-coded value in gianfar_ptp driver. This patch allows to select ptp clock source by means of device tree file node. For instance: fsl,cksel = <0>; for using external (TSEC_TMR_CLK input) high precision timer reference clock. Other acceptable values: <1> : eTSEC system clock <2> : eTSEC1 transmit clock <3> : RTC clock input When this attribute isn't used, eTSEC system clock will serve as IEEE 1588 timer reference clock.
