mm-tracepoint: rename page-free events

Rename mm_page_free_direct into mm_page_free and mm_pagevec_free into mm_page_free_batched Since v2.6.33-5426-gc475dab the kernel triggers mm_page_free_direct for all freed pages, not only for directly freed. So, let's name it properly. For pages freed via page-list we also trigger mm_page_free_batched event. mm: change isolate mode from #define to bitwise type

Change ISOLATE_XXX macro with bitwise isolate_mode_t type. Normally, macro isn't recommended as it's type-unsafe and making debugging harder as symbol cannot be passed throught to the debugger. Quote from Johannes " Hmm, it would probably be cleaner to fully convert the isolation mode into independent flags. INACTIVE, ACTIVE, BOTH is currently a tri-state among flags, which is a bit ugly." tracing/kprobes: Support module init function probing

To support probing module init functions, kprobe-tracer allows user to define a probe on non-existed function when it is given with a module name. This also enables user to set a probe on a function on a specific module, even if a same name (but different) function is locally defined in another module. sched: Get rid of lock_depth

Neil Brown pointed out that lock_depth somehow escaped the BKL removal work. Let's get rid of it now. Note that the perf scripting utilities still have a bunch of code for dealing with common_lock_depth in tracepoints; I have left that in place in case anybody wants to use that code with older kernels. tracing: Add an 'overwrite' trace_option.

Add an "overwrite" trace_option for ftrace to control whether the buffer should be overwritten on overflow or not. The default remains to overwrite old events when the buffer is full. This patch adds the option to instead discard newest events when the buffer is full. This is useful to get a snapshot of traces just after enabling traces.
