usb: gadget: uvc: Make bmControls attr read/write

For the Processing Unit and Camera Terminal descriptors defined in the UVC Gadget we currently hard-code values into their bmControls fields, which enumerates which controls the gadget is able to support. This isn't appropriate since only the userspace companion program to the kernel driver will know which controls are supported. Make the configfs attributes that point to those fields read/write so userspace can set them to appropriate values. Document the new behaviour at the same time so the functionality is clear. usbip: add USBIP_URB_* URB transfer flags

USBIP driver packs URB transfer flags in network packets that are exchanged between Server (usbip_host) and Client (vhci_hcd). URB_* flags are internal to kernel and could change. Where as USBIP URB flags exchanged in network packets are USBIP user API must not change. Add USBIP_URB* flags to make this an explicit API and change the client and server to map them. Details as follows: Client tx path (USBIP_CMD_SUBMIT): - Maps URB_* to USBIP_URB_* when it sends USBIP_CMD_SUBMIT packet. Server rx path (USBIP_CMD_SUBMIT): - Maps USBIP_URB_* to URB_* when it receives USBIP_CMD_SUBMIT packet. Flags aren't included in USBIP_CMD_UNLINK and USBIP_RET_SUBMIT packets and no special handling is needed for them in the following cases: - Server rx path (USBIP_CMD_UNLINK) - Client rx path & Server tx path (USBIP_RET_SUBMIT) Update protocol documentation to reflect the change. usb: gadget: f_mass_storage: forced_eject attribute

It allows to reset prevent_medium_removal flag and "eject" the image. This can be useful to free the drive from a hunging host or if the host continues to use the drive even after unmounting (Linux does this). It's also a bit like using an unfolded paperclip on an optical drive. Previously, the undocumented method of sending SIGUSR1 to a special "file-storage" kernel thread could be used for these purposes, but when using multiple storages there was no way to distinguish one from the other, so we had to send a signal to everyone. Allow setting configfs params p_hs_bint/c_hs_bint to 0. If they are set to 0, determine the largest bInterval (4 to 1) for which the required bandwidth of the max samplerate fits the max allowed packet size. If the required bandwidth exceeds max bandwidth for single-packet mode (ep->mc=1), keep bInterval at 1. The FS speed is left at fixed bInterval=1. If for any speed the required bandwidth exceeds the max bandwidth corresponding to the selected/determined bInterval, print a warning.
