[media] vivid: default to single planar device instances

The default used to be that the first vivid device instance was single planar, the second multi planar, the third single planar, etc. However, that turned out to be unexpected and awkward. Pull media updates from Mauro Carvalho Chehab: - new IR driver: hix5hd2-ir - the virtual test driver (vivi) was replaced by vivid, with has an almost complete set of features to emulate most v4l2 devices and properly test all sorts of userspace apps - the as102 driver had several bugs fixed and was properly split into a frontend and a core driver. v4l2-pci-skeleton: Only build if PCI is available

Currently arm64 does not support PCI but it does support v4l2. Since the PCI skeleton driver is built unconditionally as a module with no dependency on PCI this causes build failures for arm64 allmodconfig. Fix this by defining a symbol VIDEO_PCI_SKELETON for the skeleton and conditionalising the build on that. [media] vivid: add teletext support to VBI capture

This is useful to test teletext capture applications like alevt and mtt. It also fixes a previously undetected bug where the PAL VBI start line of the second field was off by one. [media] v4l2-ctrls: use ptrs for all but the s32 type

Rather than having two unions for all types just keep 'val' and 'cur.val' and use the p_cur and p_new unions to access all others.
