In the original example, appears 3 items for oversampling while the maxItems is set to 1, this patch fixes those issues. PM / devfreq: Add new name attribute for sysfs

commit 2fee1a7cc6b1ce6634bb0f025be2c94a58dfa34d upstream. The commit 4585fbcb5331 ("PM / devfreq: Modify the device name as devfreq(X) for sysfs") changed the node name to devfreq(x). After this commit, it is not possible to get the device name through /sys/class/devfreq/devfreq(X)/*. Add new name attribute in order to get device name. Add an entry for erratum A011043: the MDIO_CFG[MDIO_RD_ER] bit may be falsely set when reading internal PCS registers. MDIO reads to internal PCS registers may result in having the MDIO_CFG[MDIO_RD_ER] bit set, even when there is no error and read data (MDIO_DATA[MDIO_DATA]) is correct. Software may get false read error when reading internal PCS registers through MDIO. As a workaround, all internal MDIO accesses should ignore the MDIO_CFG[MDIO_RD_ER] bit.
