All the clocksource drivers's init function are now converted to return
an error code. CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE is no longer used as well as the
clksrc-of table.

Let's convert back the names:
 - CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE_RET =&gt; CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE
 - clksrc-of-ret              =&gt; clksrc-of

<title>clocksource/drivers/microblaze: Convert init function to return error</title>

The init functions do not return any error. They behave as the following:

  - panic, thus leading to a kernel crash while another timer may work and
       make the system boot up correctly

  or

  - print an error and let the caller unaware if the state of the system

Change that by converting the init functions to return an error conforming
to the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_RET prototype.

Proper error handling (rollback, errno value) will be changed later case
by case, thus this change just return back an error or success in the init
function.

<title>microblaze/timer: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface</title>

Migrate microblaze driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by
clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete
now.

This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent
devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED.

We weren't doing anything in -&gt;set_mode(RESUME or ONESHOT) and so
tick_resume() set_state_oneshot() aren't implemented.

<title>microblaze: Rename global function heartbeat()</title>

microblaze:allmodconfig complains for some configurations that 'heartbeat'
is redefined as different kind of symbol. This is seen in test compiles
of watchdog drivers, which often use 'heartbeat' as ststic variable.

Since 'heartbeat' is an unfortunate name for a global function,
rename it to microblaze_heartbeat. Also rename the setup function
to microblaze_setup_heartbeat.

Add support for CCF for Microblaze.

Old binding:
system_timer: system-timer@41c00000 {
	clock-frequency = &lt;75000000&gt;;
	...
}

New binding:
system_timer: system-timer@41c00000 {
	clocks = &lt;&amp;clk_bus&gt;;
	...
}

Both should be supported for a while

Microblaze clock binding:
clocks {
	#address-cells = &lt;1&gt;;
	#size-cells = &lt;0&gt;;
	clk_bus: bus {
		#clock-cells = &lt;0&gt;;
		clock-frequency = &lt;75000000&gt;;
		clock-output-names = "bus";
		compatible = "fixed-clock";
		reg = &lt;1&gt;;
	} ;
	clk_cpu: cpu {
		#clock-cells = &lt;0&gt;;
		clock-frequency = &lt;75000000&gt;;
		clock-output-names = "cpu";

Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:
 "DeviceTree updates for 3.13. This is a bit larger pull request than
  usual for this cycle with lots of clean-up.

   - Cross arch clean-up and consolidation of early DT scanning code.
   - Clean-up and removal of arch prom.h headers. Makes arch specific
     prom.h optional on all but Sparc.
   - Addition of interrupts-extended property for devices connected to
     multiple interrupt controllers.
   - Refactoring of DT interrupt parsing code in preparation for
     deferred probe of interrupts.
   - ARM cpu and cpu topology bindings documentation.
   - Various DT vendor binding documentation updates"
