KASAN needs to know whether the allocation happens in an IRQ handler. This lets us strip everything below the IRQ entry point to reduce the number of unique stack traces needed to be stored. Move the definition of __irq_entry to so that the users don't need to pull in . Also introduce the __softirq_entry macro which is similar to __irq_entry, but puts the corresponding functions to the .softirqentry.text section. commit db0fa0cb0157 "scatterlist: use sg_phys()" did replacements of the form: phys_addr_t phys = page_to_phys(sg_page(s)); phys_addr_t phys = sg_phys(s) & PAGE_MASK; However, this breaks platforms where sizeof(phys_addr_t) > sizeof(unsigned long). Revert for 4.3 and 4.4 to make room for a combined helper in 4.5. microblaze/timer: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface

Migrate microblaze driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete now. This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED. The IRQCHIP_DECLARE macro migrated to 'include/linux/irqchip.h'. See commit 91e20b5040c67c51aad88cf87db4305c5bd7f79d ("irqchip: Move IRQCHIP_DECLARE macro to include/linux/irqchip.h"). This patch removes the inclusion of private header 'drivers/irqchip/irqchip.h' and replaces it with the inclusion of 'include/linux/irqchip.h'.
