powerpc: Fix build warning on 32-bit PPC

I am getting the following warning when I build kernel 4.9-git on my PowerBook G4 with a 32-bit PPC processor: AS arch/powerpc/kernel/misc_32.o arch/powerpc/kernel/misc_32.S:299:7: warning: "CONFIG_FSL_BOOKE" is not defined [-Wundef] This problem is evident after commit 989cea5c14be ("kbuild: prevent lib-ksyms.o rebuilds"); however, this change in kbuild only exposes an error that has been in the code since 2005 when this source file was created. That was with commit 9994a33865f4 ("powerpc: Introduce entry_{32,64}.S, misc_{32,64}.S, systbl.S"). The offending line does not make a lot of sense. This error does not seem to cause any errors in the executable, thus I am not recommending that it be applied to any stable versions. Thanks to Nicholas Piggin for suggesting this solution. powerpc: Change places using CONFIG_KEXEC to use CONFIG_KEXEC_CORE instead.

Commit 2965faa5e03d ("kexec: split kexec_load syscall from kexec core code") introduced CONFIG_KEXEC_CORE so that CONFIG_KEXEC means whether the kexec_load system call should be compiled-in and CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE means whether the kexec_file_load system call should be compiled-in. These options can be set independently from each other. Since until now powerpc only supported kexec_load, CONFIG_KEXEC and CONFIG_KEXEC_CORE were synonyms. That is not the case anymore, so we need to make a distinction. Almost all places where CONFIG_KEXEC was being used should be using CONFIG_KEXEC_CORE instead, since kexec_file_load also needs that code compiled in. powerpc/kernel: Use kprobe blacklist for asm functions

Rather than forcing the whole function into the ".kprobes.text" section, just add the symbol's address to the kprobe blacklist. This also lets us drop the three versions of the_KPROBE macro, in exchange for just one version of _ASM_NOKPROBE_SYMBOL - which is a good cleanup.
