<title>serial: sh-sci: Fix register offsets for the IRDA serial port</title>

[ Upstream commit a752ba18af8285e3eeda572f40dddaebff0c3621 ]

Even though most of its registers are 8-bit wide, the IRDA has two
16-bit registers that make it a 16-bit peripheral and not a 8-bit
peripheral with addresses shifted by one. Fix the registers offset in
the driver and the platform data regshift value.

Its return value is not used by the subsys core and nothing meaningful
can be done with it, even if we want to use it. The subsys device is
anyway getting removed.

Update prototype of -&gt;remove_dev() to make its return type as void. Fix
all usage sites as well.

Bitrot has set in for this driver and the sh-vou clock was never enabled,
since the clock name in clock-sh7724.c was wrong. It should be sh-vou, not
sh-vou.0.

<title>SH: use clkdev_add_table()</title>

We have always had an efficient way of registering a table of clock
lookups - it's called clkdev_add_table(). However, some people seem
to really love writing inefficient and unnecessary code.

Convert SH to use the correct interface.

<title>cpuidle: Invert CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_VALID logic</title>

The only place where the time is invalid is when the ACPI_CSTATE_FFH entry
method is not set. Otherwise for all the drivers, the time can be correctly
measured.

Instead of duplicating the CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_VALID flag in all the drivers
for all the states, just invert the logic by replacing it by the flag
CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_INVALID, hence we can set this flag only for the acpi idle
driver, remove the former flag from all the drivers and invert the logic with
this flag in the different governor.

Resources scif1_resources &amp; scif2_resources overlap. Actual SCIF region
