sh: sq: Fix incorrect element size for allocating bitmap buffer

[ Upstream commit 80f746e2bd0e1da3fdb49a53570e54a1a225faac ] The Store Queue code allocates a bitmap buffer with the size of multiple of sizeof(long) in sq_api_init(). While the buffer size is calculated correctly, the code uses the wrong element size to allocate the buffer which results in the allocated bitmap buffer being too small. Fix this by allocating the buffer with kcalloc() with element size sizeof(long) instead of kzalloc() whose elements size defaults to sizeof(char). Fixes: d7c30c682a27 ("sh: Store Queue API rework.") sh: mm: set VM_IOREMAP flag to the vmalloc area

Currently, for vmalloc areas with flag VM_IOREMAP set, except of the specific alignment clamping in __get_vm_area_node(), they will be 1) Shown as ioremap in /proc/vmallocinfo; 2) Ignored by /proc/kcore reading via vread() So for the ioremap in __sq_remap() of sh, we should set VM_IOREMAP in flag to make it handled correctly as above. sh: sq: use default_groups in kobj_type

There are currently 2 ways to create a set of sysfs files for a kobj_type, through the default_attrs field, and the default_groups field. Move the sh sq sysfs code to use default_groups field which has been the preferred way since aa30f47cf666 ("kobject: Add support for default attribute groups to kobj_type") so that we can soon get rid of the obsolete default_attrs field. signal/sh: Use force_sig(SIGKILL) instead of do_group_exit(SIGKILL)

Today the sh code allocates memory the first time a process uses the fpu. If that memory allocation fails, kill the affected task with force_sig(SIGKILL) rather than do_group_exit(SIGKILL). Calling do_group_exit from an exception handler can potentially lead to dead locks as do_group_exit is not designed to be called from interrupt context. Instead use force_sig(SIGKILL) to kill the userspace process. Sending signals in general and force_sig in particular has been tested from interrupt context so there should be no problems. request_irq is marked __must_check, but the call in shx3_prepare_cpus has a void return type, so it can't propagate failure to the caller. Follow cues from hexagon and just print an error. sh: remove sh5 support
