Add support for AMD PTDMA controller. It performs high-bandwidth
memory to memory and IO copy operation. Device commands are managed
via a circular queue of 'descriptors', each of which specifies source
and destination addresses for copying a single buffer of data.

In preparation for dsa_drv compat support to be built-in, move the bus
code to its own compilation unit. A follow-on patch adds the compat
implementation. Recall that the compat implementation allows for the
deprecated / omnibus dsa_drv binding scheme rather than the idiomatic
organization of a full fledged bus driver per driver type.

Add DMA controller driver for Lightning Mountain (LGM) family of SoCs.

The main function of the DMA controller is the transfer of data from/to any
peripheral to/from the memory. A memory to memory copy capability can also
be configured.

This ldma driver is used for configure the device and channnels for data
and control paths.

This patch removes the MIC drivers from the kernel tree
since the corresponding devices have been discontinued.

Removing the dma and char-misc changes in one patch and
merging via the char-misc tree is best to avoid any
potential build breakage.

This adds external DMA controller driver implemented in Socionext
UniPhier SoCs. This driver supports DMA_MEMCPY and DMA_SLAVE modes.

Since this driver does not support the the way to transfer size
unaligned to burst width, 'src_maxburst' or 'dst_maxburst' of
dma_slave_config must be 1 to transfer arbitrary size. If transfer
size is unaligned to burst size, the transfer isn't started and
the driver displays an error message.
