i.MX IPU DMA: Fix wrong burstsize settings

The burstsize (npb in struct chan_param_mem) is set in ipu_ch_param_set_size() once. The number of allowed pixels in a burst depend on the pixel format and the rotation mode. For 16bit formats 16 pixels are allowed whereas for 32bit formats only 8 pixels are allowed. Set these values correctly in ipu_ch_param_set_size() and do not overwrite them afterwards. We do not support rotation right now, so ignore this case. This patch fixes the wrong burstsize setting of 16 pixels for 32bpp. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer Signed-off-by: Vinod Koul

To support multi-size buffers in the mx3_camera V4L2 driver we have to be able to stop DMA on a channel without releasing descriptors and completely halting the hardware. The bank_lock can be taken in atomic context (irq handling) and therefore cannot be preempted on -rt - annotate it. In mainline this change documents the low level nature of the lock - otherwise there's no functional difference. Lockdep and Sparse checking will work as usual. net: remove mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h

Remove linux/mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h -- it's unused (I've checked manually). To prevent mm.h inclusion via other channels also extract "enum dma_data_direction" definition into separate header. This tiny piece is what gluing netdevice.h with mm.h via "netdevice.h => dmaengine.h => dma-mapping.h => scatterlist.h => mm.h". Removal of mm.h from scatterlist.h was tried and was found not feasible on most archs, so the link was cutoff earlier. Hope people are OK with tiny include file.
