This fixes kernel oopses when a child process calls KFD ioctls with a file descriptor inherited from the parent process. drm/amdkfd: Fix memory leaks in kfd topology

However, kobject memory allocated with kzalloc() has to set up a release callback in order to free it when the counter decreases to 0. Otherwise it causes memory leak. This patch fixes the bug by assigning "-EFAULT" to ret when copy_from_user() returns an unexpected value.
