For pages that were retained via get_user_pages*(), release those pages via the new put_user_page*() routines, instead of via put_page() or release_pages(). This is part a tree-wide conversion, as described in fc1d8e7cca2d ("mm: introduce put_user_page*(), placeholder versions"). Also reverse the order of a comparison, in order to placate checkpatch.pl. drm/via: copy DRM_WAIT_ON as VIA_WAIT_ON and use it

VIA_WAIT_ON() is a direct copy of DRM_WAIT_ON() from drm_os_linux.h. The copy is made so we can avoid the dependency on the legacy header. A more involved approach had been to introduce wait_event_* but for this legacy driver the simpler and more safe approach with a copy of the macro was selected. mm/gup: change GUP fast to use flags rather than a write 'bool'

To facilitate additional options to get_user_pages_fast() change the singular write parameter to be gup_flags. This patch does not change any functionality. New functionality will follow in subsequent patches. Some of the get_user_pages_fast() call sites were unchanged because they already passed FOLL_WRITE or 0 for the write parameter. NOTE: It was suggested to change the ordering of the get_user_pages_fast() arguments to ensure that callers were converted. This breaks the current GUP call site convention of having the returned pages be the final parameter. So the suggestion was rejected. drm/irq: Ditch DRIVER_IRQ_SHARED

This is only used by drm_irq_install(), which is an optional helper. For legacy pci devices this is required (due to interrupt sharing without msi/msi-x), and just making this the default exactly matches the behaviour of all existing drivers using the drm_irq_install() helpers. The vzalloc() function has no 2-factor argument form, so multiplication factors need to be wrapped in array_size(). This patch replaces cases of: vzalloc(a * b) with: vzalloc(array_size(a, b)) as well as handling cases of: vzalloc(a * b * c) with: vzalloc(array3_size(a, b, c)) This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like: vzalloc(4 * 1024) though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion. Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were dropped, since they're redundant.
