drm/imx: various cleanups

- Use swap() instead of open-coding in ipu-image-convert.
- Use devm_platform_ioremap_resource() helper in imx-tve.
- Make static channel_offsets array const in ipu-dc.
- Remove redundant zpos, color encoding and range initialization.

This commit corrects the printing of the IPU clock error percentage if
it is between -0.1% to -0.9%. For example, if the pixel clock requested
is 27.2 MHz but only 27.0 MHz can be achieved the deviation is -0.8%.
But the fixed point math had a flaw and calculated error of 0.2%.

Before:
  Clocks: IPU 270000000Hz DI 24716667Hz Needed 27200000Hz
IPU clock can give 27000000 with divider 10, error 0.2%
  Want 27200000Hz IPU 270000000Hz DI 24716667Hz using IPU, 27000000Hz

After:
  Clocks: IPU 270000000Hz DI 24716667Hz Needed 27200000Hz
IPU clock can give 27000000 with divider 10, error -0.8%
  Want 27200000Hz IPU 270000000Hz DI 24716667Hz using IPU, 27000000Hz

The static array channel_offsets is read-only so it make sense to make
it const.

<title>media: v4l2-mediabus: Use structures to describe bus configuration</title>

The media bus configuration is specified through a set of flags, some of
which being mutually exclusive. This doesn't scale to express more
complex configurations. Improve the API by replacing the single flags
field in v4l2_mbus_config by a union of v4l2_mbus_config_* structures.
The flags themselves are still used in those structures, so they are
kept here. Drivers are however updated to use structure fields instead
of flags when already possible.

Pull irq updates from Thomas Gleixner:
"Updates to the interrupt core and driver subsystems:

  Core changes:

   - The usual set of small fixes and improvements all over the place,
     but nothing stands out

  MSI changes:

   - Further consolidation of the PCI/MSI interrupt chip code

   - Make MSI sysfs code independent of PCI/MSI and expose the MSI
interrupts of platform devices in the same way as PCI exposes them.

  Driver changes:

   - Support for ARM GICv3 EPPI partitions

   - Treewide conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq() for all chained
     interrupt controllers

   - Conversion to bitmap_zalloc() throughout the irq chip drivers

   - The usual set of small fixes and improvements"
