hwmon: use simple i2c probe function

Many hwmon drivers don't use the id information provided by the old i2c probe function, and the remainder can easily be adapted to the new form ("probe_new") by calling i2c_match_id explicitly. This avoids scanning the identifier tables during probes. Drivers which didn't use the id are converted as-is; drivers which did are modified as follows: * if the information in i2c_client is sufficient, that's used instead (client->name); * anything else is handled by calling i2c_match_id() with the same level of error-handling (if any) as before. A few drivers aren't included in this patch because they have a different set of maintainers. They will be covered by other patches. hwmon: (tmp421) Allow reading at 2Hz instead of 0.5Hz

Our driver configures the device to read at 2Hz, but then only allows the user to read cached temp values at up to 0.5Hz. Let's allow users to read as quickly as we do. The semantic patches and the scripts used to generate this commit log are available at https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches/hwmon/. This patch does not introduce functional changes. hwmon: (tmp421) Add OF device ID table

The driver doesn't have a struct of_device_id table but supported devices are registered via Device Trees. This is working on the assumption that a I2C device registered via OF will always match a legacy I2C device ID and that the MODALIAS reported will always be of the form i2c:. But this could change in the future so the correct approach is to have an OF device ID table if the devices are registered via OF.
