Add DA9062 OnKey support into the existing DA9063 OnKey driver component by using generic access tables for common register and bit mask definitions. The following change will add generic register and bit mask support to the DA9063 OnKey. The Maxim 77843 haptic driver differs from 77693 by: 1. Setting the bias. 2. Different configuration register. 3. Not enabling the low-sys DAC. 4. Using same regmap for PMIC and haptic blocks. The GPIO subsystem provides dummy GPIO consumer functions if GPIOLIB is not enabled. Hence drivers that depend on GPIOLIB, but use GPIO consumer functionality only, can still be compiled if GPIOLIB is not enabled.
