The Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs for structure types. This patch gets rid of the typedef for com20020_dev_t. Also, the name of the struct is changed to drop the _t, to make the name look less typedef-like. drivers/net: delete non-required instances of include

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include . Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next.
