- Have no license information of any form
These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX

This adds tracepoints to the driver which has proved useful in
debugging startup and shutdown race conditions.

hv_netvsc has been reviewed on netdev mailing list on 6/09/2011.
All recommended changes have been made. We are requesting to move
it out of staging area.
