reset: tegra-bpmp: Restore Handle errors in BPMP response

The Tegra194 HDA reset failure is fixed by commit d278dc9151a0 ("ALSA: hda/tegra: Fix Tegra194 HDA reset failure"). The temporary revert of original commit c045ceb5a145 ("reset: tegra-bpmp: Handle errors in BPMP response") can be removed now. reset: uniphier: Add SCSSI reset control for each channel

reset: Fix potential use-after-free in __of_reset_control_get()

However, the of_phandle_args structure embedding it is passed to reset_controller_dev.of_xlate() after that, so it may still be accessed. Move the call to of_node_put() down to fix this.
