An spi_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the
driver core.

After the switch to devm_* functions and the removal of
rtc_device_unregister(), the 'remove' function does not do anything.
Delete it.

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
spi_device instead of using dev_{get|set}_drvdata with &amp;spi-&gt;dev, so we
can directly pass a struct spi_device.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

<title>drivers/rtc/: remove redundant spi driver bus initialization</title>

In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of
an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in
spi_driver_register(), so we can drop the manual assignment.

The patch was generated using the following coccinelle semantic patch:
// &lt;smpl&gt;
@@
identifier _driver;
@@
struct spi_driver _driver = {
	.driver = {
-		.bus = &amp;spi_bus_type,
	},
};

Current implementation does not set driver data in max6902_probe(), thus
calling platform_get_drvdata(spi) in max6902_remove() returns NULL.
