Since commit e58aa3d2d0cc ("genirq: run irq handlers with interrupts disabled") we run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled - see commit b738a50a2026 ("genirq: warn when handler enables interrupts"). So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed. Now that the generic code handles UIE mode irqs via periodic alarm interrupts, no one calls the rtc_class_ops->update_irq_enable() method anymore. This patch removes the driver hooks and implementations of update_irq_enable if no one else is calling it. This patch removes the hook and deletes the driver functions if no one else calls them.
