[PATCH] USB: delete the bluetty driver

[PATCH] Remove Rules.make from Makefiles (2/3)

Makefiles no longer need to include Rules.make, which is currently an empty file. This patch removes it from the drivers tree Makefiles.

USB: rename printer.c to usblp.c as that's what it has been calling itself :)
