fbdev: mmp: Annotate struct mmphw_ctrl with __counted_by

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS (for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family functions). As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct mmphw_ctrl. fbdev/mmp/mmpfb: Do not display boot-up logo

The fbcon module takes care of displaying the logo, if any. Remove the code form mmpfb. It is probably no tworking as expected, as it interferes with the framebuffer console. Set struct fb_ops and with FB_DEFAULT_IOMEM_OPS, fbdev's initializer for I/O memory. Sets the callbacks to the cfb_ and fb_io_ functions. Select the correct modules with Kconfig's FB_IOMEM_HELPERS token. fbdev: Remove FBINFO_DEFAULT from framebuffer_alloc()'ed structs

The flag FBINFO_DEFAULT is 0 and has no effect, as struct fbinfo.flags has been allocated to zero by framebuffer_alloc(). So do not set it. Flags should signal differences from the default values. fbdev: mmp: Fix deferred clk handling in mmphw_probe()

When dev_err_probe() is called, 'ret' holds the value of the previous successful devm_request_irq() call. 'ret' should be assigned with a meaningful value before being used in dev_err_probe(). While at it, use and return "PTR_ERR(ctrl->clk)" instead of a hard-coded "-ENOENT" so that -EPROBE_DEFER is handled and propagated correctly.
