Make these const as they are only used during a copy operation. Some structures are used as a copy operation inside __init functions, so make them const and replace __initdata with __initconst to avoid section conflict error. pci_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions working with pci_device_id provided by work with const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const. fbdev: kill fb_rotate

The fb_rotate method in struct fb_ops is never actually invoked, and it's been that way in the entire history of git (in fact, the last occurrence of the string '->fb_rotate' vanished over 10 years ago, with b4d8aea6d6, and that merely tested whether the callback existed). video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch.
