Commit e9406db20fecbfcab646bad157b4cfdc7cadddfb (lockd: per-net NSM client creation and destruction helpers introduced) contains a nasty race on initialisation of the per-net NSM client because it doesn't check whether or not the client is set after grabbing the nsm_create_mutex. NLM: nlm_lookup_file() may return NLMv4-specific error codes

If the filehandle is stale, or open access is denied for some reason, nlm_fopen() may return one of the NLMv4-specific error codes nlm4_stale_fh or nlm4_failed. These get passed right through nlm_lookup_file(), and so when nlmsvc_retrieve_args() calls the latter, it needs to filter the result through the cast_status() machinery. nfs: disintegrate UAPI for nfs

This is to complete part of the Userspace API (UAPI) disintegration for which the preparatory patches were pulled recently. After these patches, userspace headers will be segregated into: include/uapi/linux/.../foo.h for the userspace interface stuff, and: include/linux/.../foo.h for the strictly kernel internal stuff.
