drm: Fix an unwanted master inheritance v2

A client calling drmSetMaster() using a file descriptor that was opened when another client was master would inherit the latter client's master object and all its authenticated clients. This is unwanted behaviour, and when this happens, instead allocate a brand new master object for the client calling drmSetMaster(). Fixes a BUG() throw in vmw_master_set(). commit a3860c1c5dd1137db23d7786d284939c5761d517 upstream. ULONG_MAX is often used to check for integer overflow when calculating allocation size. While ULONG_MAX happens to work on most systems, there is no guarantee that `size_t' must be the same size as `long'. This patch introduces SIZE_MAX, the maximum value of `size_t', to improve portability and readability for allocation size validation. drm: Pad drm_mode_get_connector to 64-bit boundary

Pavel Roskin reported that DRM_IOCTL_MODE_GETCONNECTOR was overwritting the 4 bytes beyond the end of its structure with a 32-bit userspace running on a 64-bit kernel. This is due to the padding gcc inserts as the drm_mode_get_connector struct includes a u64 and its size is not a natural multiple of u64s. 64-bit kernel: sizeof(drm_mode_get_connector)=80, alignof=8 sizeof(drm_mode_get_encoder)=20, alignof=4 sizeof(drm_mode_modeinfo)=68, alignof=4 32-bit userspace: sizeof(drm_mode_get_connector)=76, alignof=4 sizeof(drm_mode_get_encoder)=20, alignof=4 sizeof(drm_mode_modeinfo)=68, alignof=4 Fortuituously we can insert explicit padding to the tail of our structures without breaking ABI. drm: Fix authentication kernel crash

If the master tries to authenticate a client using drm_authmagic and that client has already closed its drm file descriptor, either wilfully or because it was terminated, the call to drm_authmagic will dereference a stale pointer into kmalloc'ed memory and corrupt it. Typically this results in a hard system hang. This patch fixes that problem by removing any authentication tokens (struct drm_magic_entry) open for a file descriptor when that file descriptor is closed.
