ACPI / debugger: Add module support for ACPI debugger

This patch converts AML debugger into a loadable module. Note that, it implements driver unloading at the level dependent on the module reference count. In commit 60ba032ed76e ("ACPI / property: Drop size_prop from acpi_dev_get_property_reference()"), the argument "const char *cells_name" was dropped, but forgot to update the stub function in no-ACPI case, it will lead to compile error when CONFIG_ACPI=n, easliy remove "const char *cells_name" to fix it. ACPI: Adding DMA Attribute APIs for ACPI Device

Adding acpi_get_dma_attr() to query DMA attributes of ACPI devices. It returns the enum dev_dma_attr, which communicates DMA information more clearly. This API replaces the acpi_check_dma(), which will be removed in subsequent patch. This patch also provides a convenient function, acpi_dma_supported(), to check DMA support of the specified ACPI device.
