fs: introduce f_op->mmap_capabilities for nommu mmap support

Since "BDI: Provide backing device capability information [try #3]" the backing_dev_info structure also provides flags for the kind of mmap operation available in a nommu environment, which is entirely unrelated to it's original purpose. Introduce a new nommu-only file operation to provide this information to the nommu mmap code instead. Splitting this from the backing_dev_info structure allows to remove lots of backing_dev_info instance that aren't otherwise needed, and entirely gets rid of the concept of providing a backing_dev_info for a character device. fs: Remove i_cindex from struct inode

The only user of the i_cindex element in the inode structure is used is by the firewire drivers. As part of an attempt to slim down the inode structure to save memory --- since a typical Linux system will have hundreds of thousands if not millions of inodes cached, a reduction in the size inode has high leverage. The firewire driver does not need i_cindex in any fast path, so it's simple enough to calculate when it is needed, instead of wasting space in the inode structure. linux/cdev.h uses struct kobject and other structs and should therefore include them. Currently, a module either needs to add the missing includes itself, or, in case a module includes other headers already, needs to put last, which goes against a alphabetically-sorted include list. [PATCH] Char drivers: cdev_unmap()

To recap my argument: the current cdev implementation keeps an uncounted reference to every cdev in cdev_map. Creators of cdevs must know to call cdev_unmap() with the same arguments they passed to cdev_add() before releasing the device, or that reference will remain and will oops the kernel should user space attempt to open the (missing) device. It's an easy mistake to make, and, IMO, entirely unnecessary; the cdev code should be able to do its own bookkeeping.
