We currently have cases where the dma_addressing_limited() gets called with dma_mask unset. This causes a NULL pointer dereference. Use dma_get_mask() accessor to prevent the crash. The function returns the maximum size that can be mapped using DMA-API functions. The patch also adds the implementation for direct DMA and a new dma_map_ops pointer so that other implementations can expose their limit. So instead of selecting the config symbol for random architectures pull it in implicitly for the actual users. Also rename the Kconfig option to describe the feature better.
