dyndbg: drop EXPORTed dynamic_debug_exec_queries

[ Upstream commit e26ef3af964acfea311403126acee8c56c89e26b ] This exported fn is unused, and will not be needed. Lets dump it. The export was added to let drm control pr_debugs, as part of using them to avoid drm_debug_enabled overheads. But its better to just implement the drm.debug bitmap interface, then its available for everyone. [ Upstream commit 85d6b66d31c35158364058ee98fb69ab5bb6a6b1 ] For CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG=N, the ddebug_dyndbg_module_param_cb() stub-fn is too permissive: bash-5.1# modprobe drm JUNKdyndbg bash-5.1# modprobe drm dyndbgJUNK [ 42.933220] dyndbg param is supported only in CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG builds [ 42.937484] ACPI: bus type drm_connector registered This caused no ill effects, because unknown parameters are either ignored by default with an "unknown parameter" warning, or ignored because dyndbg allows its no-effect use on non-dyndbg builds. But since the code has an explicit feedback message, it should be issued accurately. Fix with strcmp for exact param-name match. dyndbg: avoid calling dyndbg_emit_prefix when it has no work

Wrap function in a static-inline one, which checks flags to avoid calling the function unnecessarily. And hoist its output-buffer initialization to the grand-caller, which is already allocating the buffer on the stack, and can trivially initialize it too. Use a more generic form for __section that requires quotes to avoid complications with clang and gcc differences. Remove the quote operator # from compiler_attributes.h __section macro. Convert all unquoted __section(foo) uses to quoted __section("foo"). Also convert __attribute__((section("foo"))) uses to __section("foo") even if the __attribute__ has multiple list entry forms. dyndbg: refine export, rename to dynamic_debug_exec_queries()

commit 4c0d77828d4f ("dyndbg: export ddebug_exec_queries") had a few problems: - broken non DYNAMIC_DEBUG_CORE configs, sparse warning - the exported function modifies query string, breaks on RO strings. - func name follows internal convention, shouldn't be exposed as is. 1st is fixed in header with ifdefd function prototype or stub defn. Also remove an obsolete HAVE-symbol ifdef-comment, and add others. Fix others by wrapping existing internal function with a new one, named in accordance with module-prefix naming convention, before export hits v5.9.0. In new function, copy query string to a local buffer, so users can pass hard-coded/RO queries, and internal function can be used unchanged. dynamic_debug: add an option to enable dynamic debug for modules only

Instead of enabling dynamic debug globally with CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG, CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG_CORE will only enable core function of dynamic debug. With the DYNAMIC_DEBUG_MODULE defined for any modules, dynamic debug will be tied to them. This is useful for people who only want to enable dynamic debug for kernel modules without worrying about kernel image size and memory consumption is increasing too much. dynamic_debug: refactor dynamic_pr_debug and friends

For the upcoming 'define the _ddebug descriptor in assembly', we need all the descriptors in a translation unit to have distinct names (because asm does not understand C scope). The easiest way to achieve that is as usual with an extra level of macros, passing the identifier to use to the innermost macro, generating it via __UNIQUE_ID or something. However, instead of repeating that exercise for dynamic_pr_debug, dynamic_dev_dbg, dynamic_netdev_dbg and dynamic_hex_dump separately, we can use the similarity between their bodies to implement them via a common macro, _dynamic_func_call - though the hex_dump case requires a slight variant, since print_hex_dump does not take the _ddebug descriptor. We'll also get to use that variant elsewhere (btrfs).
