dma-fence: Introduce drm_fence_set_error() helper

The dma_fence.error field (formerly known as dma_fence.status) is an optional field that may be set by drivers before calling dma_fence_signal(). The field can be used to indicate that the fence was completed in err rather than with success, and is visible to other consumers of the fence and to userspace via sync_file. This patch renames the field from status to error so that its meaning is hopefully more clear (and distinct from dma_fence_get_status() which is a composite between the error state and signal state) and adds a helper that validates the preconditions of when it is suitable to adjust the error field. (Driver may fill the fence->status with an error code prior to calling dma_fence_signal().) The use of config_enabled() against config options is ambiguous. In practical terms, config_enabled() is equivalent to IS_BUILTIN(), but the author might have used it for the meaning of IS_ENABLED(). Using IS_ENABLED(), IS_BUILTIN(), IS_MODULE() etc. makes the intention clearer. This commit replaces config_enabled() with IS_ENABLED() where possible. This commit is only touching bool config options. I noticed two cases where config_enabled() is used against a tristate option: - config_enabled(CONFIG_HWMON) [ drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath10k/thermal.c ] - config_enabled(CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE) [ drivers/gpu/drm/gma500/opregion.c ] I did not touch them because they should be converted to IS_BUILTIN() in order to keep the logic, but I was not sure it was the authors' intention. dma-buf/fence: make fence context 64 bit v2

Fence contexts are created on the fly (for example) by the GPU scheduler used in the amdgpu driver as a result of an userspace request. Because of this userspace could in theory force a wrap around of the 32bit context number if it doesn't behave well. Avoid this by increasing the context number to 64bits. This way even when userspace manages to allocate a billion contexts per second it takes more than 500 years for the context number to wrap around. v2: fix printf formats as well.
