net: add IFF_SKB_TX_SHARED flag to priv_flags

Pktgen attempts to transmit shared skbs to net devices, which can't be used by some drivers as they keep state information in skbs. This patch adds a flag marking drivers as being able to handle shared skbs in their tx path. Drivers are defaulted to being unable to do so, but calling ether_setup enables this flag, as 90% of the drivers calling ether_setup touch real hardware and can handle shared skbs. net: increase the size of priv_flags and add IFF_OVS_DATAPATH

IFF_OVS_DATAPATH is a place-holder for the Open vSwitch datapath which I am preparing to submit for merging. As all 16 bits of priv_flags are already assigned flags, also increase the size of priv_flags to 32 bits. Unfortunately, by my calculations this increases the size of struct net_device by 4 bytes on 32bit architectures and 8 bytes on 64 bit architectures. I couldn't see an obvious way to avoid that. Register net_bridge_port pointer as rx_handler data pointer. As br_port is removed from struct net_device, another netdev priv_flag is added to indicate the device serves as a bridge port. netpoll: add generic support for bridge and bonding devices

This whole patchset is for adding netpoll support to bridge and bonding devices. I already tested it for bridge, bonding, bridge over bonding, and bonding over bridge. It looks fine now. To make bridge and bonding support netpoll, we need to adjust some netpoll generic code. This patch does the following things: 1) introduce two new priv_flags for struct net_device: IFF_IN_NETPOLL which identifies we are processing a netpoll; IFF_DISABLE_NETPOLL is used to disable netpoll support for a device at run-time; 2) introduce one new method for netdev_ops: ->ndo_netpoll_cleanup() is used to clean up netpoll when a device is removed. 3) introduce netpoll_poll_dev() which takes a struct net_device * parameter; export netpoll_send_skb() and netpoll_poll_dev() which will be used later; 4) hide a pointer to struct netpoll in struct netpoll_info, ditto. 5) introduce ->real_dev for struct netpoll. 6) introduce a new status NETDEV_BONDING_DESLAE, which is used to disable netconsole before releasing a slave, to avoid deadlocks. cfg80211: disallow bridging managed/adhoc interfaces

A number of people have tried to add a wireless interface (in managed mode) to a bridge and then complained that it doesn't work. It cannot work, however, because in 802.11 networks all packets need to be acknowledged and as such need to be sent to the right address. Promiscuous doesn't help here. The wireless address format used for these links has only space for three addresses, the * transmitter, which must be equal to the sender (origin) * receiver (on the wireless medium), which is the AP in the case of managed mode * the recipient (destination), which is on the APs local network segment In an IBSS, it is similar, but the receiver and recipient must match and the third address is used as the BSSID. To avoid such mistakes in the future, disallow adding a wireless interface to a bridge. Felix has recently added a four-address mode to the AP and client side that can be used (after negotiating that it is possible, which must happen out-of-band by setting up both sides) for bridging, so allow that case.
