set_bit() and clear_bit() take the bit number so this code is really
doing "1 &lt;&lt; (1 &lt;&lt; irq)" which is a double shift bug.  It's done
consistently so it won't cause a problem unless "irq" is more than 4.

Now that open delay and sample delay for each channel is configurable
via DT, the default IDLE_TIMEOUT value is not enough as this is
calculated based on hardcoded macros. This results in driver returning
EBUSY sometimes. Fix this by increasing the timeout
value based on maximum value possible to open delay and sample delays
for each channel.

Create a new header file for TI DA8XX SoC CFGCHIPx registers.
This will be used by a number of planned drivers including a new USB
PHY driver and common clock framework drivers.

The same defines *will* be removed from the platform_data header,
once all the users start using the new syscon device header.

This also fixes the following compiler error caused due to
a dependent patch not merged.

Pull pwm updates from Thierry Reding:
 "This set of changes improve some aspects of the atomic API as well as
  make use of this new API in the regulator framework to allow properly
  dealing with critical regulators controlled by a PWM.

  Aside from that there's a bunch of updates and cleanups for existing

  A slew of changes this release cycle.  The reset driver tree, that we

Pull sound updates from Takashi Iwai:
 "The majority of this update is about ASoC, including a few new
  drivers, and the rest are mostly minor changes.  The only substantial
  change in ALSA core is about the additional error handling in the
  compress-offload API.  Below are highlights:

   - Add the error propagating support in compress-offload API

   - HD-audio: a usual Dell headset fixup, an Intel HDMI/DP fix, and the
     default mixer setup change ot turn off the loopback

   - Lots of updates for ASoC Intel drivers, mostly board support and
     bug fixing, and to the NAU8825 driver

   - Work on generalizing bits of simple-card to allow more code sharing
     with the Renesas rsrc-card (which can't use simple-card due to DPCM)

   - Removal of the Odroid X2 driver due to replacement with simple-card

   - New ASoC drivers for Allwinner A10, Analog Devices ADAU7002,
     Broadcom Cygnus, Cirrus Logic CS35L33 and CS53L30, Maxim MAX8960

The EC_CMD_PWM_{GET,SET}_DUTY commands allow us to control a PWM that is
attached to the EC, rather than the main host SoC. The API provides
functionality-based (e.g., keyboard light, backlight) or index-based
addressing of the PWM(s). Duty cycles are represented by a 16-bit value,
where 0 maps to 0% duty cycle and U16_MAX maps to 100%. The period
cannot be controlled.

This command set is more generic than, e.g.,
EC_CMD_PWM_{GET,SET}_KEYBOARD_BACKLIGHT and could possibly used to
replace it on future products.

Let's update the command header to include the definitions.
