net/mlx5: Add command entry handling completion

[ Upstream commit 17d00e839d3b592da9659c1977d45f85b77f986a ] When FW response to commands is very slow and all command entries in use are waiting for completion we can have a race where commands can get timeout before they get out of the queue and handled. Timeout completion on uninitialized command will cause releasing command's buffers before accessing it for initialization and then we will get NULL pointer exception while trying access it. It may also cause releasing buffers of another command since we may have timeout completion before even allocating entry index for this command. Add entry handling completion to avoid this race. net/mlx5: Add timeout handle to commands with callback

The current implementation does not handle timeout in case of command with callback request, and this can lead to deadlock if the command doesn't get fw response. Add delayed callback timeout work before posting the command to fw. In case of real fw command completion we will cancel the delayed work. In case of fw command timeout the callback timeout handler will be called and it will simulate fw completion with timeout error. net/mlx5: Make command timeout way shorter

commit 6b6c07bdcdc97ccac2596063bfc32a5faddfe884 upstream. The command timeout is terribly long, whole two hours. Make it 60s so if things do go wrong, the user gets feedback in relatively short time, so they can take corrective actions and/or investigate using tools and such. net/mlx5e: Device's mtu field is u16 and not int

net/mlx5_core: Add pci error handlers to mlx5_core driver

This patch implement the pci_error_handlers for mlx5_core which allow the driver to recover from PCI error. Once an error is detected in the PCI, the mlx5_pci_err_detected is called and it: 1) Marks the device to be in 'Internal Error' state. 2) Dispatches an event to the mlx5_ib to flush all the outstanding cqes with error. 3) Returns all the on going commands with error. 4) Unloads the driver. Afterwards, the FW is reset and mlx5_pci_slot_reset is called and it enables the device and restore it's pci state. If the later succeeds, mlx5_pci_resume is called, and it loads the SW stack. net/mlx5_core: Prepare cmd interface to system errors handling

In preparation to handling system errors at the mlx5_core level, change the interface of cmd_work_handler to accept a 64 bit argument for the vector. This allows to encode a flag that signifies when the handler is called as a result of a driver logic that wishes to terminate commands that the hardware may not be able to terminate. Such command completions are detected at the handler and proper return status is encoded. To be able to terminate page handler commands, we make sure to set the corresponding bit in the bitmask.
