Remove usage of plat/cpu.h and get information from platform data
instead.  This enables omapdrm to be built with ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM.

<title>omap2+: add drm device</title>

Register OMAP DRM/KMS platform device.  DMM is split into a
separate device using hwmod.
