This allows us to turn on/off the dprintk() debugging interfaces for
those distributions that don't ship the 'rpcdebug' utility.
It also allows us to add Kbuild dependencies. Specifically, we already
know that dprintk() in general relies on CONFIG_SYSCTL. Now it turns out
that the NFS dprintks depend on CONFIG_CRC32 after we added support
for the filehandle hash.

A migration event will replace the rpc_xprt used by an rpc_clnt. To
ensure this can be done safely, all references to cl_xprt must now use
a form of rcu_dereference().

Special care is taken with rpc_peeraddr2str(), which returns a pointer
to memory whose lifetime is the same as the rpc_xprt.

<title>SUNRPC: Use KERN_DEFAULT for debugging printk's</title>

Our dprintk() debugging facility doesn't specify any verbosity level
for it's printk() calls, but it should.

The default verbosity for printk's is KERN_DEFAULT. You might argue
that these are debugging printk's and thus the verbosity should be
KERN_DEBUG. That would mean that to see NFS and SUNRPC debugging
output an admin would also have to boost the syslog verbosity, which
would be insufferably noisy.

The tracepoint code relies on the queue-&gt;name being defined in order to
be able to display the name of the waitqueue on which an RPC task is
sleeping.

Remove include of two headers never used by this file.
Doing so exposed a missing #include &lt;linux/types.h&gt; in
include/linux/sunrpc/rpc_rdma.h.

I did not see any other users dependency but if exist they
should be fixed since these headers are totally irrelevant
to here.

Make TCP and UDP svc_sock transports, and register them
with the svc transport core.

A transport type (svc_sock) has an svc_xprt as its first member,
and calls svc_xprt_init to initialize this field.

The transport class (svc_xprt_class) represents a type of transport, e.g.
udp, tcp, rdma. A transport class has a unique name and a set of transport
operations kept in the svc_xprt_ops structure.

A transport class can be dynamically registered and unregisterd. The
svc_xprt_class represents the module that implements the transport
type and keeps reference counts on the module to avoid unloading while
there are active users.

The endpoint (svc_xprt) is a generic, transport independent endpoint that can
be used to send and receive data for an RPC service. It inherits it's
operations from the transport class.

A transport driver module registers and unregisters itself with svc sunrpc
by calling svc_reg_xprt_class, and svc_unreg_xprt_class respectively.

Support for binary sysctls is being deprecated in 2.6.24. Since there
are no applications using the NFS/RDMA client's binary sysctls, it
makes sense to remove them. The patch below does this while leaving
the /proc/sys interface unchanged.

Please consider this for 2.6.24.
