now that platform glue layer handles
clock completely, that function is completely
useless for us. Drop it.

change all ocurrences of musb_hdrc to musb-hdrc.

We will call glue layer drivers musb-&lt;glue layer&gt;,
so in order to keep things somewhat standard, let's
change the underscore into a dash.

In order to not touch the driver file for different xtal usage,
push the clkin value to board file and calculate the register
value instead of hardcoding it.

Rather than hardcoding the gpio levels for vrsel, allow the platform
resources to handle this so boards can be active high or low.

boards might want to optimize their fifo configuration
to the particular needs of that specific board. Allow
that by moving all related data structures to
&lt;linux/usb/musb.h&gt;
