Fix a TURBOchannel support regression with commit 205e1b7f51e4
("dma-mapping: warn when there is no coherent_dma_mask") that caused
coherent DMA allocations to produce a warning such as:

This is because the TURBOchannel bus driver fails to set the coherent
DMA mask for devices enumerated.

Set the regular and coherent DMA masks for TURBOchannel devices then,
observing that the bus protocol supports a 34-bit (16GiB) DMA address
space, by interpreting the value presented in the address cycle across
the 32 `ad' lines as a 32-bit word rather than byte address[1].  The
architectural size of the TURBOchannel DMA address space exceeds the
maximum amount of RAM any actual TURBOchannel system in existence may
have, hence both masks are the same.

This removes the warning shown above.

In commit 0b053c951829 ("lib: memzero_explicit: use barrier instead
of OPTIMIZER_HIDE_VAR"), we made memzero_explicit() more robust in
case LTO would decide to inline memzero_explicit() and eventually
find out it could be elimiated as dead store.

While using barrier() works well for the case of gcc, recent efforts
from LLVMLinux people suggest to use llvm as an alternative to gcc,
and there, Stephan found in a simple stand-alone user space example
that llvm could nevertheless optimize and thus elimitate the memset().
A similar issue has been observed in the referenced llvm bug report,
which is regarded as not-a-bug.

Based on some experiments, icc is a bit special on its own, while it
doesn't seem to eliminate the memset(), it could do so with an own
implementation, and then result in similar findings as with llvm.

The fix in this patch now works for all three compilers (also tested
with more aggressive optimization levels). Arguably, in the current
kernel tree it's more of a theoretical issue, but imho, it's better
to be pedantic about it.

It's clearly visible with gcc/llvm though, with the below code: if we
would have used barrier() only here, llvm would have omitted clearing,
not so with barrier_data() variant:

As gcc, clang, but also icc defines __GNUC__, it's sufficient to define
this in compiler-gcc.h only to be picked up. For a fallback or otherwise
unsupported compiler, we define it as a barrier. Similarly, for ecc which
does not support gcc inline asm.

Prior to DRA74x silicon rev 1.1, pcie_pcs register bits 8-15 and bits 16-23
were used to configure RC delay count for phy1 and phy2 respectively.
phyid was used as index to distinguish the phys and to configure the delay
values appropriately.

As of DRA74x silicon rev 1.1, pcie_pcs register definition has changed.
Bits 16-23 are used to configure delay values for *both* phy1 and phy2.

Hence phyid is no longer required.

So, drop id field from ti_pipe3 structure and its subsequent references
for configuring pcie_pcs register.

Also, pcie_pcs register now needs to be configured with delay value of 0x96
at bit positions 16-23. See register description of CTRL_CORE_PCIE_PCS in
ARM572x TRM, SPRUHZ6, October 2014, section 18.5.2.2, table 18-1804.

This is needed to ensure Gen2 cards are enumerated consistently.

DRA72x silicon behaves same way as DRA74x rev 1.1 as far as this functionality
is considered.

Test results on DRA74x and DRA72x EVMs:

The info-&gt;target comes from userspace and it would be used directly.
So we need to add the sanity check to make sure it is a valid standard
target, although the ebtables tool has already checked it. Kernel needs
to validate anything coming from userspace.

If the target is set as an evil value, it would break the ebtables
and cause a panic. Because the non-standard target is treated as one
offset.

Now add one helper function ebt_invalid_target, and we would replace
the macro INVALID_TARGET later.

A lot of seqfile users seem to be using things like %pK that uses the
credentials of the current process, but that is actually completely
wrong for filesystem interfaces.

The unix semantics for permission checking files is to check permissions
at _open_ time, not at read or write time, and that is not just a small
detail: passing off stdin/stdout/stderr to a suid application and making
the actual IO happen in privileged context is a classic exploit
technique.

So if we want to be able to look at permissions at read time, we need to
use the file open credentials, not the current ones.  Normal file
accesses can just use "f_cred" (or any of the helper functions that do
that, like file_ns_capable()), but the seqfile interfaces do not have
any such options.

It turns out that seq_file _does_ save away the user_ns information of
the file, though.  Since user_ns is just part of the full credential
information, replace that special case with saving off the cred pointer
instead, and suddenly seq_file has all the permission information it
needs.
