udplite: fix partial checksum initialization

Since UDP-Lite is always using checksum, the following path is triggered when calculating pseudo header for it: udp4_csum_init() or udp6_csum_init() skb_checksum_init_zero_check() __skb_checksum_validate_complete() The problem can appear if skb->len is less than CHECKSUM_BREAK. In this particular case __skb_checksum_validate_complete() also invokes __skb_checksum_complete(skb). If UDP-Lite is using partial checksum that covers only part of a packet, the function will return bad checksum and the packet will be dropped. It can be fixed if we skip skb_checksum_init_zero_check() and only set the required pseudo header checksum for UDP-Lite with partial checksum before udp4_csum_init()/udp6_csum_init() functions return. udplite.h: Remove extern from function prototypes

There are a mix of function prototypes with and without extern in the kernel sources. Standardize on not using extern for function prototypes. Function prototypes don't need to be written with extern. extern is assumed by the compiler. Its use is as unnecessary as using auto to declare automatic/local variables in a block. Add #define pr_fmt(fmt) as appropriate. Add "IPv4: ", "TCP: ", and "IPsec: " to appropriate files. Standardize on "UDPLite: " for appropriate uses. Some prefixes were previously "UDPLITE: " and "UDP-Lite: ". Add KBUILD_MODNAME ": " to icmp and gre. Remove embedded prefixes as appropriate. Add missing "\n" to pr_info in gre.c. udplite: fast-path computation of checksum coverage

Commit 903ab86d195cca295379699299c5fc10beba31c7 of 1 March this year ("udp: Add lockless transmit path") introduced a new fast TX path that broke the checksum coverage computation of UDP-lite, which so far depended on up->len (only set if the socket is locked and 0 in the fast path). Fixed by providing both fast- and slow-path computation of checksum coverage. The latter can be removed when UDP(-lite)v6 also uses a lockless transmit path. udp: introduce struct udp_table and multiple spinlocks

UDP sockets are hashed in a 128 slots hash table. This hash table is protected by *one* rwlock. This rwlock is readlocked each time an incoming UDP message is handled. This rwlock is writelocked each time a socket must be inserted in hash table (bind time), or deleted from this table (close time) This is not scalable on SMP machines : 1) Even in read mode, lock() and unlock() are atomic operations and must dirty a contended cache line, shared by all cpus. 2) A writer might be starved if many readers are 'in flight'. This can happen on a machine with some NIC receiving many UDP messages. User process can be delayed a long time at socket creation/dismantle time. This patch prepares RCU migration, by introducing 'struct udp_table and struct udp_hslot', and using one spinlock per chain, to reduce contention on central rwlock. Introducing one spinlock per chain reduces latencies, for port randomization on heavily loaded UDP servers. This also speedup bindings to specific ports. udp_lib_unhash() was uninlined, becoming to big. __udp_lib_port_inuse() cannot make direct references to inet_sk(sk)->rcv_saddr as that is ipv4 specific state and this code is used by ipv6 too. Use an operations vector to solve this, and this also paves the way for ipv6 support for non-wild saddr hashing in UDP. Signed-off-by: David S. Miller
