ASoC: uapi: Replace zero-length arrays with __DECLARE_FLEX_ARRAY() helper

Zero-length arrays are deprecated and we are moving towards adopting C99 flexible-array members, instead. So, replace zero-length arrays declarations in anonymous union with the new __DECLARE_FLEX_ARRAY() helper macro. This helper allows for flexible-array members in unions. In support of enabling -Warray-bounds and -Wzero-length-bounds and correctly handling run-time memcpy() bounds checking, replace all open-coded flexible arrays (i.e. 0-element arrays) in unions with the DECLARE_FLEX_ARRAY() helper macro. This reverts commit 645c08f17f477915f6d900b767e789852f150054 which was reported to break the build a program using this header.
