uapi/if_ether.h: move __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR libc define

This fixes a compile problem of some user space applications by not including linux/libc-compat.h in uapi/if_ether.h. linux/libc-compat.h checks which "features" the header files, included from the libc, provide to make the Linux kernel uapi header files only provide no conflicting structures and enums. If a user application mixes kernel headers and libc headers it could happen that linux/libc-compat.h gets included too early where not all other libc headers are included yet. Then the linux/libc-compat.h would not prevent all the redefinitions and we run into compile problems. This patch removes the include of linux/libc-compat.h from uapi/if_ether.h to fix the recently introduced case, but not all as this is more or less impossible. It is no problem to do the check directly in the if_ether.h file and not in libc-compat.h as this does not need any fancy glibc header detection as glibc never provided struct ethhdr and should define __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR by them self when they will provide this. KVM: PPC: Book3S: Provide information about hardware/firmware CVE workarounds

This adds a new ioctl, KVM_PPC_GET_CPU_CHAR, that gives userspace information about the underlying machine's level of vulnerability to the recently announced vulnerabilities CVE-2017-5715, CVE-2017-5753 and CVE-2017-5754, and whether the machine provides instructions to assist software to work around the vulnerabilities. The ioctl returns two u64 words describing characteristics of the CPU and required software behaviour respectively, plus two mask words which indicate which bits have been filled in by the kernel, for extensibility. The bit definitions are the same as for the new H_GET_CPU_CHARACTERISTICS hypercall. There is also a new capability, KVM_CAP_PPC_GET_CPU_CHAR, which indicates whether the new ioctl is available. This reverts commit ceaa001a170e43608854d5290a48064f57b565ed. The OVS_TUNNEL_KEY_ATTR_ERSPAN_OPTS attr should be designed as a nested attribute to support all ERSPAN v1 and v2's fields. The current attr is a be32 supporting only one field. Thus, this patch reverts it and later patch will redo it using nested attr. uapi/if_ether.h: prevent redefinition of struct ethhdr

Musl provides its own ethhdr struct definition. Add a guard to prevent its definition of the appropriate musl header has already been included. glibc does not implement this header, but when glibc will implement this they can just define __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR 0 to make it work with the kernel. uapi libc compat: add fallback for unsupported libcs

libc-compat.h aims to prevent symbol collisions between uapi and libc headers for each supported libc. This requires continuous coordination between them. The goal of this commit is to improve the situation for libcs (such as musl) which are not yet supported and/or do not wish to be explicitly supported, while not affecting supported libcs. More precisely, with this commit, unsupported libcs can request the suppression of any specific uapi definition by defining the correspondings _UAPI_DEF_* macro as 0. This can fix symbol collisions for them, as long as the libc headers are included before the uapi headers. Inclusion in the other order is outside the scope of this commit. All infrastructure in order to enable this fallback for unsupported libcs is already in place, except that libc-compat.h unconditionally defines all _UAPI_DEF_* macros to 1 for all unsupported libcs so that any previous definitions are ignored. In order to fix this, this commit merely makes these definitions conditional. netfilter: uapi: correct UNTRACKED conntrack state bit number

nft_ct exposes this bit to userspace. This used to be #define NF_CT_STATE_UNTRACKED_BIT (1 << (IP_CT_NUMBER + 1)) (IP_CT_NUMBER is 5, so this was 0x40) .. but this got changed to 8 (0x100) when the untracked object got removed. Replace this with a literal 6 to prevent further incompatible changes in case IP_CT_NUMBER ever increases.
