Subject: extmod/vfs_posix_file: Implement sys.std*.buffer objects.

Add the buffer attribute to sys.stdin, sys.stdout and sys.stderr.  This
provides raw access to underlying stdio streams for the unix port (and
others that use VfsPosix).
