Merge branch 'ps/ci-avoid-broken-sudo-on-ubuntu'
Our CI script requires "sudo" that can be told to preserve
environment, but Ubuntu replaced with "sudo" with an implementation
that lacks the feature. Work this around by reinstalling the
original version.
