Merge branch 'jk/unit-tests-buildfix' into js/unit-test-suite-runner

t/Makefile: say the default target upfront
t/Makefile: get UNIT_TESTS list from C sources
Makefile: remove UNIT_TEST_BIN directory with "make clean"
