ethernet: amd: fix pci device ids
commit ba69a3d78e4f51e65933a86b8b107c86709bb2f5 upstream.
Normally any device ids will be above the corresponding device driver
structure. This patch moves the pci device ids and MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE()
above the pci driver structure.
