Merge branch 'fixes' of git://git.armlinux.org.uk/~rmk/linux-arm
Pull ARM fixes from Russell King:
- Ćukasz Stelmach spotted a couple of issues with the decompressor.
- a couple of kdump fixes found while testing kdump
