[PATCH] ppc32: Fix CONFIG_8260 and CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD
<alebas@televes.com> found that CONFIG_8260 and CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD was
broken as arch/ppc/syslib/m8260_setup.c was missing <linux/root_dev.h>.
