[PATCH] removal of dead code
* devfs_get_handle() lost 3rd, 4th and 5th arguments (3rd and 4th are
always 0, 5th is ignored in that case)
* _devfs_find_by_dev() removed
* _devfs_find_entry() lost 3rd, 4th and 5th arguments
* devfs_find_and_unregister() removed
* devfs_get_maj_min() removed
* IS_DEVFS_INODE() removed
* DEVFS_MINOR() removed
